Learn to row our classic boats on the Petaluma River! Max: 1-2 students, must register to join. 10 am-11 am.

Have you ever wanted to learn the timeless—and beautiful—art of rowing? The Floathouse crew is here for you! This season, every Saturday from January 17 to March 28, we’ll host free rowing lessons for adults. Register here, and we’ll take you through the basics in the stable and beautiful classic Whitehall rowboat. You’ll soon be on your way to trying out the classy Adirondack Guideboat, and the cute but sturdy Captain’s Gig.

No experience necessary, and no $$, either. This is our gift to you.

This opportunity is available to all from January though March, 2026. Come once, come every weekend, or just now and then. Make this the year you learn to row, on Petaluma’s Longest Park, the Petaluma River.
