We love sharing our river with groups of all sizes and kinds. There are so many options for you and your group to design an adventure on the water and onshore too. No matter which option you choose, we’ll get you geared up and ready to go and be there to take care of everything when you return, refreshed and ready to carry on. Let’s talk!

To begin planning, choose which option below would suit you best. Then we can tailor it to your group and schedule. We are open to holding group events outside of normal business hours as well.

  • Self-guided Outing Does your group want to go it alone? Get in touch and we’ll help you determine which boats, boards or water bikes suit your vision, help you decide where you can go in the time allotted and based on the tides, and give you an idea of what you might see there in terms of wildlife and urban landmarks.

The Floathouse is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Petaluma, in River Plaza at 50 E. Washington Street, close to the transit center and SMART train station, as well as a myriad of wonderful restaurants and shops all within a few blocks. The Petaluma River is part and parcel of our historic, walkable downtown, and The Floathouse is right smack dab in the middle of it all, floating on the water in the central turning basin.
