Step away from the rush and into the quiet of the Petaluma River for a peaceful SUP Yoga experience with The Floathouse Petaluma.

Though we launch from the heart of downtown, the central turning basin offers a surprisingly serene setting—calm water, open sky, and a sense of ease that feels far removed from daily life. This all-levels, 90-minute session is designed for everyone: experienced yogis, seasoned paddle boarders, and complete beginners alike.

We begin with a short, gentle paddle from the docks to get comfortable on your board (knees are always welcome). Once we reach our practice spot, we anchor together so tidal movement won’t interrupt your flow. From there, you’re invited to move, breathe, rest, or simply be—guided by an experienced instructor and supported by the shared rhythm of water and community.

All equipment is provided, including extra-stable paddleboards measuring 34 inches wide and 11 feet long—much larger than a yoga mat and designed to help you feel grounded and secure on the water.

Come as you are. Choose your own level of effort. Flow with the river and the people around you.
