The Floathouse Petaluma and The Yoga Post join together in Petaluma’s historic turning basin to turn down the lights on the midweek hustle. Join us for Sunset SUP Yoga, for beginners and experienced yogis alike. You’ll take a short paddle to acclimate to the board and the water, then anchor in the basin for a series of gentle poses, ending with guided savasana. Nothing better for the soul.
