Wednesday Night SUP Yoga
The Floathouse Petaluma and The Yoga Post join together in Petaluma’s historic turning basin to turn down the lights on the midweek hustle. Join us for Sunset SUP Yoga, for beginners and experienced yogis alike. You’ll take a short paddle to acclimate to the board and the water, then anchor in the basin for a series of gentle poses, ending with guided savasana. Nothing better for the soul. The Petaluma River is Petaluma’s Longest Park. Come out and play!

Saturday SUP Yoga with Instruction by The Yoga Post
Find your flow with The Floathouse and The Yoga Post! Join us for Saturday SUP Yoga, a friendly come-as-you-are experience that starts with a short paddle, moves into the basin for an anchored series of poses on sturdy, anchored solid stand up paddle boards. This class is designed so that folks at every level, from complete beginner to seasoned yogi, can enjoy finding balance in community and nature. The session ends with a nice savasana meditation on the gentle waters of Petaluma’s Longest Park, the Petaluma River. Modifications allow for everyone to have a great time on the water. The session ends with a nice savasana meditation on the gentle waters of Petaluma’s Longest Park, the Petaluma River. Modifications allow for everyone to have a great time on the water.
